Order processing
We start preparing your order once your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation, and further emails as your order is shipped and delivered. You can also check your order status at any time under My Orders, or on the Find My Order page.
Delivery areas and charges
We deliver across India. The shipping charge depends on your delivery state and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Estimated delivery
Delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service. We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, but delivery periods are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by weather, holidays, high order volumes or other circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the delivery can reach you.
Problems with delivery
